***STAR CAR***

The 1970 Dodge Charger was relatively unchanged for 1970 with the exception of a new chromed loop grille, full width taillights and body side cutouts. The 440/375HP Magnum V8 was the engine of choice for those seeking fantastic horsepower and torque without the insurance premiums leveled at the Hemi and 440 Six Pack, and a full roster of appearance and trim options were available to outfit the car for both show and go.

Finished in B5 Blue with matching Blue interior with White top and bumblebee stripe, this 1970 Charger R/T shows that there really was not a bad angle from which to view the car, including inside the cabin, finished as it was in these cars with higher-than-average quality materials. The interior is nicely optioned for driver and passenger comfort, with high-back bucket seats, console, woodgrain trim, special lighting and factory air.  Appearance features include R/T badging, a chrome flip-open fuel cap, imitation door scoops and the aforementioned vinyl roof and tail stripe. Rolling on Rallye wheels and BFG tires, this is a very handsome numbers-matching car with a quite desirable combination of engine, options and finish.
