Please download our Auction Listing Agreement *(PDF) that you can print from your computer, fill out by hand and fax back to us (along with a copy of the front and back of your title for each vehicle). NOTE: Each auction now has it's own specific form.The earlier your consignment is received, the more pre-auction exposure we can give to marketing your vehicles. This may include Press Releases, Sale Bills, Web Site and media advertising.

You can pre-register by MAIL, FAX or register at the SALE SITE. To register in advance (and save time on auction day) you can download our Bidder's Registration Form* (PDF) that you can print from your computer, fill out by hand and fax or mail back to us. Along with the Bidder's Registration Form, a Bank Letter of Guarantee from your financial institution, and valid identification are required (full information is included with the downloaded form).
* PDF format allows you to view your form electronically on most computers. The downloadable, FREE Adobe Reader software is required to view and print PDF files.
